Single carrige and double system models. This model is equipped with advanced devices of yarn cutting and comb. By segment control, adjustable roller speed, to meet a variety of different fabric take-down needs, complex patterns of weaving.work with comb device each other, effectively reducing yarn waste, improve production efficiency.
With new control system, machine can be upgraded to processing 32 yarnfeeders pattern automatically, in every moment, all the yarn carriers close to the fabric, without having any crossing problem.The machine's systems can work with more yarn-carriers at the same time, this is very important to have higher productivity and allow complicate intarsia and Full-body pattern making.
This machine have the Dynamic Stitch function, allows to modify the stitch tension of the fabric during the same row of pattern and Dynamic Speed function that makes possible the machine carriage speed-changing in the same row of the pattern, this important innovation reduce the production time up to 20%.
With new control system is possible also interconnection between all the machines, and the connection of the machines with a server. In this way we have the possibility to share the pattern files and visualize a report for the production control.
